Quinn Elite Sports Services Personal Training Programs are Designed by Exercise Physiologists and delivered by expert Personal Trainers.

quinn elite sports services (QESS) will keep your training program enjoyable and varied; whether you’re training to keep motivated, lose weight, manage an injury or train for a specific event, QESS can provide professional advice from Exercise Physioligists who design a program to suit your needs and your Personal Trainer will implement your program.

QESS Personal Trainers will provide equipment, manage your program and monitor your technique while giving you a personalised session which is motivational and caring. Sessions are held either at your local park, home, apartment gym or office.

All sessions are 60 minutes and can be structured in a number of ways;

  • One on One
  • Buddy System (two clients – 1 x personal trainer)
  • Group Training (min. five clients)
