Personal Training at Quinn elite sports services (QESS) will keep your training program enjoyable and varied. Whether you’re training to keep motivated, lose weight, manage an injury or train for a specific event. QESS can provide professional advice from Exercise Physiologists who design a program to suit your needs and your Personal Trainer will implement your program.

All sessions are 60 minutes and can be structured in a number of ways;

  • One on One
  • Buddy System (two clients – 1 x personal trainer)
  • Group Training (min. five clients)

Anytime. Anywhere

QESS Personal Trainers will provide equipment, manage your program and monitor your technique while giving you a personalised session. Sessions are held either at your local park, home, apartment gym or office.

At Quinn Elite Sports, our speed and agility sessions are designed to boost athletes’ performance by improving their speed, quickness, and responsiveness on the field. Through a mix of advanced drills, plyometrics and specialised exercises. Athletes receive comprehensive training to enhance their footwork, reaction time, and overall athleticism. These targeted sessions provide athletes with a competitive advantage, helping them move with ease, make precise movements, and excel in their sports.
