Phil
Phil assists in all areas of Quinn Elite Sport Services - from the implementation, supervision and management of specialised exercise programs through to corporate health program delivery.
Phil has completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Deakin ) in 2008. He is a level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach and has his Certificate III and IV in fitness. Currently he is completing his masters in Strength and Conditioning (Edith Cowan University) and his Exercise Physiology accreditation (ESSA).
Phil has been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years, both as a personal trainer and in fitness management. He enjoys client/patient contact, and works well with people at all levels. Phil specialises in hockey, is a state level coach and has completed his level 2 accreditation as a Hockey Coach.
Natlee
Natlee coordinates the Personal Training Department of Quinn Elite Sports Services. Programs are developed by the Exercise Physiologists at QESS and delivered by Natlee and her team of training specialists. You will be assisted in managing your training program with ongoing support and progress assessments.
Natlee is a fully qualified personal trainer with Cert IV accreditation gained through the Fitness Industry of Australia. She is currently completing a diploma in Fitness. She has many years of experience in the industry having been a national ranked track athlete; a personal trainer for 15 years. Natlee has managed an Executive Health Club in Tasmania and has also managed a women's fitness centre in Melbourne.
Natlee has assisted many individuals achieve their own personal fitness, health and lifestyle goals. Her involvement in sporting, health and fitness camps has been significant. She has personally conducted boot camps in a number of locations around Australia and is highly regarded within the industry of sport and fitness.
Austin
Austin is currently completing his degree in Sport Science at the University of Queensland. A requirement of his course is to complete 400 hours of practical study in the area of exercise physiology. It is anticipated that Austin will be an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP) with the national governing body, Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) by June 2010.
Austin has recently been involved in elite sport, being a member of Essendon Football Club in 2006.He currently is involved in Australian Rules in the AFLQ state league and had played over 100 games at this level before age 21. He also represented Queensland at open level for the previous 3 years and was vice-captain for the side last year.
In a rapidly developing profession, Austin's contemporary knowledge of health and exercise will be of great benefit in ensuring that all at QESS are aware of cutting edge developments and latest trends within exercise physiology.
Johann
Johann has worked in both corporate Health and with elite athletes now for more than a decade in an effort to improve performance through education and intervention. He has done work for BP Australia, Western Mining Corporation, Coles Myer, ANZ, Mitsui, Elders, Polar Fresh, Carpet Call, Wormald, Herald Sun and Everlast. This has included lecturing/presentations, health testing, newsletters, nutritional assessments and exercise and health expo's.
Johann authored the best seller in 2007 titled "Why Haven't I Lost Weight Yet?" which used the latest scientific evidence to ensure permanent fat loss.
Johann completed a Degree in Health Science (ACU/Deakin) and then a Masters in Exercise Science (ECU). Currently he is completing a PhD with the Carlton Football Club whilst also working as their Exercise Physiologist and Sports Nutritionist.
